The processing time of an order usually takes 1-3 business days. The work at this time includes quality inspection, packaging, paperwork, etc. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays, and the order processing order is determined by the acceptance time.

When we ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order. The email will contain the shipment details, your tracking number. You can click the tracking number near the bottom of the email. Enter your tracking number at https://www.trackingmore.com/ to track the status of your order.
Order processing (quality inspection, packaging, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-3 business days and is not counted in the "transportation time".
All packages have specific tracking information that is sent via email.
All order processing and delivery workdays (Monday-Friday), weekends and holidays are not available for delivery, and parcels will be shipped.
1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or used;

While we do everything we can to prevent this, sometimes an item can be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report this within 2 days of delivery or receipt of the order in person. Please contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number. If the product is deemed defective, ZEESEACOSMETIC will replace the product at no additional charge.
