In collaboration with the British Museum, Zeesea has developed the Enchanting Egypt Eyeshadow Palette collection, which is the brand’s largest eyeshadow palette ever. This series is inspired by ancient Egyptian art, featuring 16 highly-pigmented shadows with a mix of mattes and metallics. ZEESEA Cosmetics guarantees return on any damaged products, unopened products, incorrect orders where you received the wrong product, or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

How do I return my purchase and get a refund?

Damaged products/wrong items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within two days of delivery or receiving the order.

Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@zeeseacosmetics.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number.

If the product is deemed defective, ZEESEA Cosmetics will replace the product at no additional charge, you can choose to ship the products again without any extra fees or, if the above conditions are met, the corresponding payment will be refunded or exchanged with gift cards.

Unopened package products:

If after receiving your purchase you'd like to return it, you can apply within 7 days from the date of receiving your product, but the following conditions must be met:

1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or damaged

2) The product must be in the same condition as when it was when received.

i have the gayer-anderson palette and love it! It is so beautiful, I love the culture and history connected to it. It is a great range of shades and perfect for use as everyday or for a stronger, less subtle look.

Amazing pigmentation!!

I’m pretty wary of asian eyeshadow palettes bc they tend to be way less pigmented than western brands. However I got this in the mail, tried it on, and absolutely loved how easy it was! One swipe and there was so much color. High quality for such a cheap price <3

These shadows exceeded my expectations. Yes, I thought the packaging would be beautiful but I didn't necessarily think the shadows would live up to it. BUT THEY DID! The packaging itself- heavy and quality- the shadows- blendable and gorgeous!! Not chalky at all, actually highly pigmented, and 100% worth the price. Highly recommend.

How to Use:
1. Apply with your favorite shadow brushes. Flat and firmer brushes will give the most color payoff. Fluffier brushes are great for blending. Use a small angled brush to line the eyes.
2. Apply with fingertips using tapping motions or with our small or medium shader brushes for a more precise application.
3. Use your fingertip and tap shadow directly onto the eyelid. a flat, firm synthetic brush will also work and is perfect for detailed application close to the lash line.
4. Use a fluffy synthetic brush with good movement, dip the tip into the shadow and apply with your favorite color throughout the crease of the eye for a soft and diffused look.

Damaged products/wrong items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within two days of delivery or receiving the order.

Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@zeeseacosmetics.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number.

If the product is deemed defective, ZEESEA Cosmetics will replace the product at no additional charge, you can choose to ship the products again without any extra fees or, if the above conditions are met, the corresponding payment will be refunded or exchanged with gift cards.

Unopened package products:

If after receiving your purchase you'd like to return it, you can apply within 7 days from the date of receiving your product, but the following conditions must be met:

1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or damaged

2) The product must be in the same condition as when it was when received.

Unopened package products:

If after receiving your purchase you'd like to return it, you can apply within 7 days from the date of receiving your product, but the following conditions must be met:

1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or damaged

2) The product must be in the same condition as when it was when received.

Very pretty

They are easy to apply with a small brush and make the eye look stand out. As the gel dries out throughout the day, some, if not all may fall out. I recommend applying along eyelash glue for longer lasting results. Easy to wipe off. The amount was very good for the price.

If the product is deemed defective, ZEESEA Cosmetics will replace the product at no additional charge, you can choose to ship the products again without any extra fees or, if the above conditions are met, the corresponding payment will be refunded or exchanged with gift cards.

Unopened package products:

If after receiving your purchase you'd like to return it, you can apply within 7 days from the date of receiving your product, but the following conditions must be met:

1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or damaged

2) The product must be in the same condition as when it was when received.

ZEESEA makeup products belong to the category of ordinary cosmetics, which are not legally required to be tested on animals under China’s laws. We recognize that customer  safety is of importance but that this can be assured without the use of animal testing. We believe that animal testing is not acceptable. 

ZEESEA does not test on animals and only buys raw materials from companies that are not involved in the use of, or that do not commission the use of, animals for testing and who have no plans to do so in the future.
