Delivery/customs fees

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Duties will be determined by the country of import of your order based off product value.Duties and taxes are now included during checkout on all orders shipping to your country! The delivery service will include the taxes,you will not be charged again.However,there are some specifit taxes caculation of your destination,please contact us if you meet with the taxes problem,we will help you deal with the problem.

Starting from January 1st, no tax will be levied on the import of parcels, there is no need to pay VAT to the customs.

The processing time of an order usually takes 1-3 business days. This will include quality inspection, packaging, and the necessary paperwork for international orders. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays, and the processing of every order will be determined by time the order is accepted.

When we ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order. If you haven't received the products during the estimated shipping time,please track and confirm the status of your package on https://www.17track.net/en ,if the status of tracking information is abnormal,please contact us for knowing more.We will ensure you get your items again or refunds while you couldnt get the item.
We will ship again or refund when we make sure that the package is not delivered.

Am I able to return my purchase?

ZEESEA Cosmetics guarantees return on any damaged products, unopened products, incorrect orders where you received the wrong product/never received products, or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

How do I return my purchase and get a refund?

The returned products must be met with the following conditions.We will make the return and exchange for you.

  • Damaged products/wrong items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within two days of delivery or receiving the order.

Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@zeeseacosmetics.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number.

If the product is deemed defective, ZEESEA Cosmetics will replace the product at no additional charge, you can choose to ship the products again without any extra fees or, if the above conditions are met, the corresponding payment will be refunded or exchanged with gift cards.

  • Unopened package products

If after receiving your purchase you'd like to return it, you can apply within 7 days from the date of receiving your product, but the following conditions must be met:

1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or damaged

2) The product must be in the same condition as when it was when received.

From June 2014, companies manufacturing “ordinary” cosmetics inside China will no longer be required to provide samples of new products to the government to be animal-tested. Instead, they will be given the option to conduct their own product risk assessment using ingredient safety data,including the possibility to rely on the results of non-animal test methods, provided the test methods are deemed scientifically valid by the European Union.

ZEESEA® makeup products belong to the category of ordinary cosmetics, which are not legally required to be tested on animals under China’s laws. We recognize that customer  safety is of importance but that this can be assured without the use of animal testing. We believe that animal testing is not acceptable. 

ZEESEA® does not test on animals and only buys raw materials from companies that are not involved in the use of, or that do not commission the use of, animals for testing and who have no plans to do so in the future.

  • Unopened package products

If after receiving your purchase you'd like to return it, you can apply within 7 days from the date of receiving your product, but the following conditions must be met:

Fantastic

I now have 2 of these beautiful pallets, Eye of Orus and the one with the Cat. Beautiful formula, easy to apply, gorgeous colours, such good quality packaging. It really is better than most high brands a la Dior or Chanel, and I won't even compare it with plastic or paper versions of other famous brands that I own. Great size for travel too, and so many different looks one can do with just one (relatively) small palette. I dont normally buy Chinese products, to be honest, but this is just in a class of its own, quality wise.

Amazing pigmentation!!

I’m pretty wary of asian eyeshadow palettes bc they tend to be way less pigmented than western brands. However I got this in the mail, tried it on, and absolutely loved how easy it was! One swipe and there was so much color. High quality for such a cheap price <3

How do I return my purchase and get a refund?

  • Damaged products/wrong items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within two days of delivery or receiving the order.

Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@zeeseacosmetics.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number.

If the product is deemed defective, ZEESEA Cosmetics will replace the product at no additional charge, you can choose to ship the products again without any extra fees or, if the above conditions are met, the corresponding payment will be refunded or exchanged with gift cards.

  • Unopened package products

If after receiving your purchase you'd like to return it, you can apply within 7 days from the date of receiving your product, but the following conditions must be met:

1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or damaged

2) The product must be in the same condition as when it was when received.

This mascara design is inspired by modern technology, the overall design is simple, yet unique and stands out. The moon-shaped mascara brush makes the experience of applying a breeze. We have a variety of colors and a variety of brush heads to meet the makeup needs of various occasions.

This mascara uses a quick-drying formula that gives you a long-lasting style; the addition of growth fibers will give you longer and thicker lashes after just one use. This mascara is waterproof, to leave you with luscious lashes no matter what.

We have prepared a variety of colors and brush heads, to meet the shape of an eyelash and the color of any eye, so that your eyes become the highlight of your makeup every time.

How to Use :

1. Use an eyelash curler
2. Brush from the root of the eyelashes to the tip of the eyelashes
3. Gently press on the tip of the eyelashes, curling, and shaping
4. To remove the mascara, use makeup remover

Steps for removing:

1. Squeeze a small amount of eye makeup remover onto a cotton pad, and then gently press the side with makeup remove to the closed eye. Hold the pad there for about a minute, then remove it and you will see that most of the eye makeup products have dissolved into the cotton pad. 

2. Take a cotton swab and wipe it back and forth several times along the roots of the upper and lower eyelashes to remove the residual makeup from the eyes.

3. Drop artificial tears into the eyes (you can drop some more at the root of the eyelashes), close your eyes, rub a cotton swab along the lid margin.

4. Drop artificial tears on a new cotton swab and rub it carefully along the edge of the eyelid.

A subtle touch of diamonds

I really loved this product.
First off, the package and container are very high quality, I was genuinely surprised.
The glitter is just beautiful. It looks like real diamonds and you can mix it with your favorite black mascara. I thought I would only use it like for festivals or very queer events, but I can actually use it on a daily basis and it doesnt look like "TOO MUCH" for real is very subtle.
The only downside of the product is it makes your lashes kind of hard after putting it, which at the time of washing your face you have to be careful and gentle using the make up remover.
Other than that, I'm in love with it. I wonder now, how the other colors look like.

It arrived sooner then expected. The brush is a bit small, but other then that it is perfect. You can choose how much glitter you want on your eyelashes depending on how many layers you do, 100% recommend.

Delivery/customs fees

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Duties will be determined by the country of import of your order based off product value.Duties and taxes are now included during checkout on all orders shipping to your country! The delivery service will include the taxes,you will not be charged again.However,there are some specifit taxes caculation of your destination,please contact us if you meet with the taxes problem,we will help you deal with the problem.

British VAT:
Starting from January 1st, no tax will be levied on the import of parcels, there is no need to pay VAT to the customs.

Order processing
The processing time of an order usually takes 1-3 business days. This will include quality inspection, packaging, and the necessary paperwork for international orders. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays, and the processing of every order will be determined by time the order is accepted.

When we ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order. The email will contain the shipment details and a your tracking number. You can click the tracking number near the bottom of the email. Am I able to return my purchase?

ZEESEA Cosmetics guarantees return on any damaged products, unopened products, incorrect orders where you received the wrong product/never received products, or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

How do I return my purchase and get a refund?

The returned products must be met with the following conditions.We will make the return and exchange for you.

  • Damaged products/wrong items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within two days of delivery or receiving the order.

Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@zeeseacosmetics.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number.

If the product is deemed defective, ZEESEA Cosmetics will replace the product at no additional charge, you can choose to ship the products again without any extra fees or, if the above conditions are met, the corresponding payment will be refunded or exchanged with gift cards.

  • Unopened package products

If after receiving your purchase you'd like to return it, you can apply within 7 days from the date of receiving your product, but the following conditions must be met:

1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or damaged

2) The product must be in the same condition as when it was when received.

The returned shipping address will be provided after your returned request was approved by our customer service.

Working with national partner groups, cruelty-free cosmetics companies, consumers, regulators and scientists, Be Cruelty-Free aims to change laws,policy and practice globally to create a world where no animal has to suffer and die for the sake of cosmetics.
From June 2014, companies manufacturing “ordinary” cosmetics inside China will no longer be required to provide samples of new products to the government to be animal-tested. Instead, they will be given the option to conduct their own product risk assessment using ingredient safety data,including the possibility to rely on the results of non-animal test methods, provided the test methods are deemed scientifically valid by the European Union.

ZEESEA® makeup products belong to the category of ordinary cosmetics, which are not legally required to be tested on animals under China’s laws. We recognize that customer  safety is of importance but that this can be assured without the use of animal testing. We believe that animal testing is not acceptable. 

ZEESEA® does not test on animals and only buys raw materials from companies that are not involved in the use of, or that do not commission the use of, animals for testing and who have no plans to do so in the future.

ZEESEA® encourages its suppliers to test for safety using non-animal testing methods and to fund the development of non-animal testing methods. For customers, we recommend and advise patch testing prior to use. If irritation occurs, cease use and consult a physician.
