How do I return my purchase and get a refund?

  • Damaged products/wrong items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within two days of delivery or receiving the order.

Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@zeeseacosmetics.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number.

If the product is deemed defective, ZEESEA Cosmetics will replace the product at no additional charge, you can choose to ship the products again without any extra fees or, if the above conditions are met, the corresponding payment will be refunded or exchanged with gift cards.

  • Unopened package products

If after receiving your purchase you'd like to return it, you can apply within 7 days from the date of receiving your product, but the following conditions must be met:

1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or damaged

2) The product must be in the same condition as when it was when received.

I have ordered two now reddish brownish and Queen and I am in love with them. The packaging was extremely beautiful and you keep the same feeling of how beautiful it is and how much they put into the packaging through the whole thing. I am 100% planning on buying more.

Made a mistake ordering, but my daughter was so thrilled

Somehow I ordered the Chinese Dragon lipstick in Nude Apricot instead of the Peony Blush (which I wanted due to the lovely casing). Since it's exactly my lip color, it's too light for me, so I had no choice, but to give it to my teenage daughter, on whom it looks perfect, ever so darker than her lips, which she likes. It's a light pink mauvish-brown nude, so apricot isn't quite what I'd consider it. This lovely, heavily-weighted and beautifully decorated lipstick (more so than I've ever purchased), is her first expensive makeup item. It is very well made, down to the detailed etching on the lipstick and magnetic bottom so that the lipstick stay well in the tube that I couldn't send it all the way back. I may actually purchase one for myself, after the blush. ;) Quality of the lipstick seems very good; it has a semi-matte, comfortable creamy feel, light on the lips, like a butter, not too dry, not too slippery. Can't judge yet for time of wear, but it doesn't seem like it will be less than any other high end lipstick, perhaps 6-7 hours at the least and possibly some lift off when eating or drinking, but most do. Doesn't bleed, but then it's the nude, so that's harder to evaluated. I definitely would recommend it!

Lovely color

I ordered 3 lipsticks from the original offerings and kept one for myself (M5 Princess). The color is a lovely warm red with hint of coral, great for everyday use and the formula does not dry out my lips. The packaging is beautiful and shipping lead time was pretty reasonable. I just got my second lipstick in M10 Nude Apricot, color is a lovely dusty rose. Definitely would buy again as gifts for friends and families.

Velvety and comfortable!

Obviously I initially wanted this due to the theme, but I was very pleased with the formula and how actually wearable Princess is. I really like it and went back and ordered another color!

After two months I finally have my long-awaited prize. This foundation is in a beautiful jar and it smells amazing! Natural 03 is basically my skin tone. I couldn't believe it. I have such a hard time finding the right match. It would be great if the company would make more skin tones in deeper shades to acknowledge and expand into the world of beautiful ladies out there. Arrived quickly, well packed, no damaged items.

Drawing inspiration from an ancient oriental cosmetic, called "Thousand Autumn Lights". According to records of ancient China, “Thousand Autumn Lights" is one of the top-grade eyeliners from the Qing Dynasty. Application Tips:

  • Before use, close the pen cover and shake the tube 2-3 times.
  • Press the button on the bottom of the pencil to release the ink ;
  • Put on the lid and lay flat, wait for 3-5 minutes;
  • When the ink appears on the tip of the pencil, the eyeliner is ready to apply

Replacement Tips:

  • Hold the body of the pen head, and gently twist to unscrew it;
  • Gently rotate and unscrew the old tube from the slot;

Inspired by cosmetics of the Qing Dynasty. Ancient Chinese cosmetics used a variety of different ingredients, many of which have remained the standard to this day. This line of products is rich in extracts of ancient oriental herbal ingredients, mainly, polygonum multiflorum and angelica, which both serve to set your eyebrows and moisturize the skin beneath.

The outer shell is carefully carved out of a copper caste casting and can be reused by simply replacing the inner core.

Product Details:

A variety of different tips and colors are available: triangular, circular, ovular, or slender, you can choose the most suitable product for you according to your usage habits and eyebrow shape.
This pencil has a double-headed design and includes a replacement. The modified brush tip provides a more three-dimensional brow, producing smooth and natural lines;

Yup, this is the brow pencil for me!

I have gone through my fair share of brow pencils and this beauty is hands down the best. Not only is the package stunning and balanced in terms of weight, it is refillable! It doesn’t take much product to fill and the triangle shape helps to draw the angles. I love this so much I bought another one in a darker shade. Please continue to carry these wonderful products!

Inspiration:

The nobles in ancient China used a variety of plant essences before applying makeup. Inspired by an ancient Chinese relic, a golden box filled with red snow and the essence of flowers and created from descriptions of the earliest liquid foundation from the Chinese story “Tian Qi Gong Ci”, about the 15th emperor of the Ming dynasty.

Ingredient:

Derived from the way makeups were created in the court of the Qing Dynasty for the Chinese royal family. Drawing inspiration from ancient formulas, adding luxurious gem particles and natural plant extracts to the cream to make the complexion white and smooth.

Application Tips:

  1. According to the skin tone of different parts of the face, it can be used in multiple colors to adjust the skin tone:
  • Crystal purple and yellow
  • Tourmaline green covers red
  • Gem powder brightener

 

  1. This product can be mixed 1:1 with other base makeup products to create a compliant and transparent base makeup in three steps.
  • Apply an appropriate amount of gemstone powder isolation cream on the back of your hand.
  • Apply an equal amount of liquid foundation on the back of your hand.
  • Mix the two and then apply them evenly on the face.

    If the product is deemed defective, ZEESEA Cosmetics will replace the product at no additional charge, you can choose to ship the products again without any extra fees or, if the above conditions are met, the corresponding payment will be refunded or exchanged with gift cards.

    • Unopened package products

    If after receiving your purchase you'd like to return it, you can apply within 7 days from the date of receiving your product, but the following conditions must be met:

    1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or damaged

    2) The product must be in the same condition as when it was when received.

    Best Red skin tone corrector!

    I am a caucasian woman with very pale skin with red undertones. I blush and get red very easily. This primer is a godsend. I put it on over my moisturizer even when I don't plan on wearing foundation. It's THAT good. My face doesn't get red and blotchy and looks creamy and luminous all day. Even my sister told me my face is glowing!

    The nobles in ancient China used a variety of plant essences before applying makeup. Inspired by an ancient Chinese relic, a golden box filled with red snow and the essence of flowers.     The product formula is derived from one of ancient China’s earliest foundations, with the most select ingredients consisting of:

    Application Tips:

    This cushion foundation is actually great. I have very oily skin but with my current skin care routine and proper setting powder it works wonderfully. The shade range is questionable though and I think expanding it would be a good choice.

    This foundation compact is nice and weighted. The quality is very nice and the sponge is tear-shaped for getting into corners. Unfortunately, this product only comes in two skin shades. This is understandable being that the aesthetics for the collection is makeup style of the Forbidden City, the beauty of pure snow skin. I used it to lighten (#2 neutral) my under eyes since it is too light for my skin tone. I love how it applies and the dry down leaves a beautiful but natural finish. I’m very happy with my purchase!

    If the product is deemed defective, ZEESEA Cosmetics will replace the product at no additional charge, you can choose to ship the products again without any extra fees or, if the above conditions are met, the corresponding payment will be refunded or exchanged with gift cards.

    • Unopened package products

    If after receiving your purchase you'd like to return it, you can apply within 7 days from the date of receiving your product, but the following conditions must be met:

    1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or damaged

    2) The product must be in the same condition as when it was when received.
