ZEESEA Cosmetics guarantees return on any damaged products, unopened products, incorrect orders where you received the wrong product/never received products, or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

How do I return my purchase and get a refund?

The returned products must be met with the following conditions.We will make the return and exchange for you.

  • Damaged products/wrong items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within two days of delivery or receiving the order.

Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@zeeseacosmetics.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number.

If the product is deemed defective, ZEESEA Cosmetics will replace the product at no additional charge, you can choose to ship the products again without any extra fees or, if the above conditions are met, the corresponding payment will be refunded or exchanged with gift cards.

  • Unopened package products

If after receiving your purchase you'd like to return it, you can apply within 7 days from the date of receiving your product, but the following conditions must be met:

1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or damaged

2) The product must be in the same condition as when it was when received.

I received these yesterday and let me say they are beautiful. I used the Alice and Flamingo today and they blend well and a very pigmented. The only thing that didn't like was all the fall out

Incredible collection!

I bought all three palettes and I love them! Despite what others may tell you these eyeshadows are pigmented! The glitter shadows are extraordinary (think Fenty Galaxy palette, which I miss so so so much!). This company has mastered the art of pressed glitter- no special primer needed. There is only one color in all three of the palettes that gave me any trouble, and that's the blue in the Alice palette- make sure you use a good primer for that one.

I was a skeptic when I first saw the advertisement, but I bought it anyway and am so glad that I did. Alice & Flamingo is the coolest palette I’ve ever seen. The colors are wonderful and blend together well, and the case is unbelievable. It shipped quickly from a California address and was SO carefully package. I’m thinking of purchasing several more as gifts.

I have Papyrus and Scarab from the British Museum Collection and dang do I get compliments on my makeup every time I wear it.       If the product is deemed defective, ZEESEA Cosmetics will replace the product at no additional charge, you can choose to ship the products again without any extra fees or, if the above conditions are met, the corresponding payment will be refunded or exchanged with gift cards.

      • Unopened package products

      If after receiving your purchase you'd like to return it, you can apply within 7 days from the date of receiving your product, but the following conditions must be met:

      1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or damaged

      2) The product must be in the same condition as when it was when received.

      If the product is deemed defective, ZEESEA Cosmetics will replace the product at no additional charge, you can choose to ship the products again without any extra fees or, if the above conditions are met, the corresponding payment will be refunded or exchanged with gift cards.

      • Unopened package products

      If after receiving your purchase you'd like to return it, you can apply within 7 days from the date of receiving your product, but the following conditions must be met:

      1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or damaged

      2) The product must be in the same condition as when it was when received.

      If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within two days of delivery or receiving the order.

      If the product is deemed defective, ZEESEA Cosmetics will replace the product at no additional charge, you can choose to ship the products again without any extra fees or, if the above conditions are met, the corresponding payment will be refunded or exchanged with gift cards.

      • Unopened package products

      If after receiving your purchase you'd like to return it, you can apply within 7 days from the date of receiving your product, but the following conditions must be met:

      1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or damaged

      2) The product must be in the same condition as when it was when received.

      Fantastic packaging, OK shadows

      I struggled with keeping this pallet rather than passing it along. It’s just so stinking cute and beautiful. The color story is quite nice and I do very much like some of the colors such as the orange shimmer is nice quality. The mattes are good. However, in the middle are those two absolutely horrid large chunky gritty glitters. Why? Resembling craft glitter for little kids. The one that looks like white glitter, it’s absolutely gorgeous! Iridescent opal chunky glitter yes, but intermixed with stinking opal butterflies! I like to stick them outside the corners of my eyes and as beauty marks. And the chunky part isn’t gritty like the other two. Who wants grit on their eyes? The very light blue at the top is just nothing. I understand it is a light color, but you can’t get it to look like anything on your eye absolutely no pigmentation and more glitter. I now like the pallete very much as I scraped out these three shadows and pressed in some of my own from broken shadows elsewhere and from loose minerals. Ta-da!

      1. Spread Color 1 as a primer, start from the upper eye-lids, blend from the upper lash lines to the sockets.
