How to apply:
「Jaguar Patron」
- Spread Color 1 as a primer, start from the upper eye-lids, blend from the upper lash lines to the sockets.
- Apply a small triangle-shape of Color 2 on outer corners to enhance the contour and spread it to the sockets.
- Apply a smaller triangle-shape of Color 3 on outer lids to enhance.
- Spread Color 4 from outer corners to the middle area, pull the color with a C motion.
- Apply Color 5 on inner corners and blend it with color 4.
- Apply Color 6 as inner corner highlighter.

- Spread Color 1 as a primer, start from the upper eye-lids, blend from the upper lash lines to the sockets.

Order-to-Delivery Process is divided into two stages:
Order processing
The processing time of an order usually takes 1-3 business days. This will include quality inspection, packaging, and the necessary paperwork for international orders. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays, and the processing of every order will be determined by time the order is accepted.
Shipping time: the time it takes for the shipping services to deliver the package to your address since they pick up the package from our warehouse. Shipping time varies depending on your specific location.

Order processing (quality inspection, packaging, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-3 business days and is not counted in the "transportation time".
All packages have specific tracking information that is sent via email.
All orders are processed and delivered on standard workdays, Monday-Friday, orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If you haven't received the products during the estimated shipping time,please track and confirm the status of your package on https://www.17track.net/en ,if the status of tracking information is abnormal,please contact us for knowing more.We will ensure you get your items again or refunds while you couldnt get the item.
We will ship again or refund when we make sure that the package is not delivered.
Sometimes,it takes more days to ship from overseas due to COVID-19.Shipping time is subject to change. Due to one of the following conditions,including international shipping delays,custom clearances,busy airline route and so on.Its possible your delivery may arrive later than usual.Please give postal services time to deal with your packages.
However,sometimes tracking information can be incorrect,and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive,our package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but you could check with your neighbors or post office for more information in the meantime!
If tracking indicates that your package is in your destination country, please use your local courier's online tracking, as it may have more accurate tracking information. Alternatively, we recommend directly contacting your local post/customs office. The best way to do this is by simply locating your nearest post/customs office and visiting them in person. We recommend you physically visit the office to locate your package as your courier's online tracking may not recognize your USPS generated tracking number.
Delivery/customs fees
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Duties will be determined by the country of import of your order based off product value. Duties and taxes are now included during checkout on all orders shipping to your country ! The delivery service will include the taxes, you will not be charged again. However, there are some specifit taxes caculation of your destination, please contact us if you meet with the taxes problem, we will help you deal with the problem.
British VAT:
Starting from January 1st, no tax will be levied on the import of parcels, there is no need to pay VAT to the customs.

Am I able to return my purchase?
ZEESEA Cosmetics guarantees return on any damaged products, unopened products, incorrect orders where you received the wrong product/never received products, or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
How do I return my purchase and get a refund?
The returned products must be met with the following conditions.We will make the return and exchange for you.
- Damaged products/wrong items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within two days of delivery or receiving the order.
Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@zeeseacosmetics.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number.
If the product is deemed defective, ZEESEA Cosmetics will replace the product at no additional charge, you can choose to ship the products again without any extra fees or, if the above conditions are met, the corresponding payment will be refunded or exchanged with gift cards.
- Unopened package products
If after receiving your purchase you'd like to return it, you can apply within 7 days from the date of receiving your product, but the following conditions must be met:
1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or damaged
2) The product must be in the same condition as when it was when received.

The returned shipping address will be provided after your returned request was approved by our customer service.

BE CRUELTY-FREE CHINA

Working with national partner groups, cruelty-free cosmetics companies, consumers, regulators and scientists, Be Cruelty-Free aims to change laws, policies and practices globally to create a world where no animal has to suffer and die for the sake of cosmetics.

From June 2014, companies manufacturing “general” cosmetics inside China will no longer be required to provide samples of new products to the government to be animal-tested. Instead, they will be given the option to conduct their own product risk assessment using ingredient safety data, including the possibility to rely on the results of non-animal test methods, provided the test methods are deemed scientifically valid by the European Union.

China’s animal testing laws do not apply to all general cosmetics that are sold in China. The laws depend on how and where cosmetics companies distribute their products to Chinese consumers.
Mainland China – China’s animal testing requirements mostly apply to cosmetics that are sold in physical retail stores in mainland China. If a company markets its cosmetic products in any physical stores in mainland China, then it has to file and register its products & ingredients in China which may require animal testing.
Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan – Cosmetics can be imported and sold in these regions without animal testing.
Sold Online – Cosmetics that are sold directly to consumers through e-commerce sites have never been required to test on animals.
Cosmetics that are made in China but not sold in China were never required to be tested on animals.

ZEESEA® makeup products belong to the category of general cosmetics, sometimes referred to as non-special use cosmetics, which are not legally required to be tested on animals under China’s laws. Animal testing is not acceptable, meanwhile we value customer safety which can be assured without animals testing.
ZEESEA® does not test on animals and only sources raw materials from companies that are not involved in the use of, or that do not commission the use of, animals for testing and who have no plans to do so in the future.
ZEESEA® encourages our suppliers to test for safety using non-animal methods and hopefully fund these methods. For customers, patch testing before use is advised. If irritation occurs, cease use and consult a physician.
