I've received 2 boxes now and ever since receiving them this is almost the only makeup I want to use. Everything is formulated in a way that adds a little something extra that I didn't know was missing before. The eyebrow pencil is a similar style to the Charlotte Tilbury one I was using prior, but somehow it more effectively fills in my brows with a more pleasing outcome. I cannot overstate what a pleasure it is to work with the eyeshadow. I will purchase again. That said, be prepared to be patient with shipping. The parcels have shown up reliably, but it takes quite awhile. I was kind of expecting that however given the situation. Also, there are no preferences, so be aware that shades may not always be a match.
I've got 5 products. Mascara (black color)- suprisly I think is waterproof. Micellar water does not remove it (I usually use it to remove makeup), only waterproof makeup remover. Is veeeery long lasting.
Foudation -it reminds me Bourjois Healthy Mix. A floral fragrance, very light and moisturizer - I like it. And color is perfect for my skin. Blush is good for fair skin types and has a very natural look. The eyebrow pencil is very thin and precise - ideal. And eyeshadow...My love. Good quality, beautiful packaging, a big mirror and shadows that work well with brushes. For me - the best beauty box.
in my very first box i received duplicates items i got 2 brow pencils the same color, i was told one should be a mascara, but zeesea didn't send me a mascara, even after i told them it was missing. plus, they send me a foundation in light color, no way am i light skin, they didn't offer to send a different color. they don't do a preference check for color of foundation or eye shadows, lipstick. the only item i could use was the blush for 13.00usd, the box cost me over 40.00 usd , this is not a good deal. Plus i ordered the skull eye shadow palette on same order( 32.00 but half off price) with the subscription box, guess what palette they sent me : yup a duplication of the skull palette now i have 2 skull palettes, anyone want one? the customer service was poor at best, the representative couldn't understand what i was explaining. than after several emails and days. he asked for photos and by that time i gave away the foundation (too light), and the brow pencils as the color again was not right for me! as you can tell i had a horrible first impression of this company. huge mistake !!!!!! final note it took a little over 2 months to receive my first box and order from Zeesea ...........not a happy experience....
