Tips for applying:

  1. Use a lip balm or a non-colored lipstick to make a base for the lips.
  2. Draw the lip line with a colorless or light-colored lip liner to outline your own lip, then use a lip brush to apply lipstick to this range.

How do I return my purchase and get a refund?

Damaged products/wrong items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within two days of delivery or receiving the order.

Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@zeeseacosmetics.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number.

If the product is deemed defective, ZEESEA Cosmetics will replace the product at no additional charge, you can choose to ship the products again without any extra fees or, if the above conditions are met, the corresponding payment will be refunded or exchanged with gift cards.

Unopened package products:

If after receiving your purchase you'd like to return it, you can apply within 7 days from the date of receiving your product, but the following conditions must be met:

1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or damaged

2) The product must be in the same condition as when it was when received.

How to Use :
  • Apply Lipstick by beginning at the center of the upper lip to the outer edges of the lip.

Details:

This is a matte velvet texture Lip Cream. When applied, you can feel a smooth layer that blends with the lips. The curvature of the brush head fits the lip curve, making it easier to complete a full lip makeup.

 

How to use:

After taking out the brush head, use the brush to trace the lip shape along the lip line. Use the brush head to spread the lip cream evenly across the lips. It can be applied in multiple layers for better effect and to further smooth and blur the lines of the lips.

If the product is deemed defective, ZEESEA Cosmetics will replace the product at no additional charge, you can choose to ship the products again without any extra fees or, if the above conditions are met, the corresponding payment will be refunded or exchanged with gift cards.

Unopened package products:

If after receiving your purchase you'd like to return it, you can apply within 7 days from the date of receiving your product, but the following conditions must be met:

1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or damaged

2) The product must be in the same condition as when it was when received.

If you receive a refund email after placing an order, it may also be that there is no current delivery method, and the order amount will be refunded by the same method of purchase. Please direct any further questions to our customer service and we'll reply as soon as we can!

Order processing
The processing time of an order usually takes 1-3 business days. This will include quality inspection, packaging, and the necessary paperwork for international orders. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays, and the processing of every order will be determined by time the order is accepted.

Order tracking
When we ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order. The email will contain the shipment details and a your tracking number. You can click the tracking number near the bottom of the email. Enter your tracking number at https://www.trackingmore.com/ to track the status of your order.

Please note:
Order processing (quality inspection, packaging, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-3 business days and is not counted in the "transportation time".
All packages have specific tracking information that is sent via email.
All orders are processed and delivered on standard workdays, Monday-Friday, orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Am I able to return my purchase?

ZEESEA Cosmetics guarantees return on any damaged products, unopened products, incorrect orders where you received the wrong product, or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

How do I return my purchase and get a refund?

Damaged products/wrong items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within two days of delivery or receiving the order.

Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@zeeseacosmetics.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number.

If the product is deemed defective, ZEESEA Cosmetics will replace the product at no additional charge, you can choose to ship the products again without any extra fees or, if the above conditions are met, the corresponding payment will be refunded or exchanged with gift cards.

Unopened package products:

If after receiving your purchase you'd like to return it, you can apply within 7 days from the date of receiving your product, but the following conditions must be met:

1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or damaged

2) The product must be in the same condition as when it was when received.

ZEESEA makeup products belong to the category of ordinary cosmetics, which are not legally required to be tested on animals under China’s laws. We recognize that customer  safety is of importance but that this can be assured without the use of animal testing. We believe that animal testing is not acceptable. 

ZEESEA does not test on animals and only buys raw materials from companies that are not involved in the use of, or that do not commission the use of, animals for testing and who have no plans to do so in the future.

ZEESEA encourages its suppliers to test for safety using non-animal testing methods and to fund the development of non-animal testing methods. For customers, we recommend and advise patch testing prior to use. If irritation occurs, cease use and consult a physician.
